Welcome to the Cornerstone Building!

The following is some information relating to the rental units located in the building:

The first, second and third floors consist of six residential units broken down as follows:

1st Floor – 1 two-bedroom unit with two full baths. ($385.00 per month plus utilities)

2nd Floor – 2 two-bedroom units. ($385.00 per month plus utilities)

3rd Floor – 2 one-bedroom units ($360.00 per month plus utilities) and 1 furnished efficiency apartment. ($325.00 per month plus uilities)

All units are air conditioned.

Utilities to be paid by the tenant are electric (which includes heat & air conditioning), sewage ($19.50 per month) and garbage pickup (which is approx. $7.50 per month – billed quarterly). The cost of water is included with the rent. Of course the tenant is responsible for phone and cable bills.

The following are the PHFA 2003 Income Limits for the tenants of these residential units:

5 persons $29,750
6 persons $31,950

Commercial Space:

There are also two commercial spaces in the basement of the building. Each consists of two rooms and they share handicapped accessible bathrooms. The following are the specifications on those two units:

Unit #1 – 325 Square Feet - $360.00 per month plus electric, sewage & garbage pickup.

Unit #2 – 425 Square Feet - $440.00 per month plus electric, sewage & garbage pickup.

The cost of water is included in the rent for both units.
